“I’m a go-f—k-yourself kind of guy. I make food that I want to eat, and I’ve never made any apologies,” says New York chef Ivan Orkin in a mouth-watering sneak peek at the third season of Chef’s Table on Netflix.
The trailer transports viewers on an around-the-world journey into some of the most innovative kitchens on Earth, spotlighting the culinary talents of Berlin’s Tim Raue, Peru’s Virgilio Martinez, California’s Nancy Silverton and Moscow’s Vladimir Mukhin—not to mention awesome shots of delectable foods.
Season three also features an episode with Jeong Kwan, a Buddhist nun in South Korea, who cooks for her monastery and also for world-renowned chefs, but doesn’t consider herself a chef.
“I am a nun,” she proclaims in Korean.
Chef’s Table lands Friday, Feb. 17 on Netflix, just in time for a Presidents’ Day binge-a-thon.
