Netflix may be known for producing television series, with many of those series inspired by superheroes from comic books. Now, the streamer is expanding its original properties by combining those two interests, and will publish its first comic book: The Magic Order.

Print copies will hit stores June 13, with digital versions downloadable that same day through Image Comics.

Netflix released an animated trailer showcasing the six-issue series from writer Mark Millar, with artwork by Olivier Coipel of the Avengers, Amazing Spider-Man and Thor fame.

The comic book series marks’ Millar’s first franchise since Netflix acquired his entertainment company Millarworld in August 2017.

The story focuses on five families of magicians who have been sworn to protect the world from monsters for generations. By day the live normal lives as neighbors, friends and co-workers, but by night they are sorcerers and wizards that fight the forces of darkness. Now, must battle an enemy who’s picking them off one-by-one.
