In anticipation of San Diego Comic-Con 2019, Netflix unveiled first-look images of The Witcher’s fully-costumed lead characters: Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, Anya Chalotra as the sorceress Yennefer and Freya Allan as the princess Ciricome.

In the upcoming fantasy series, they’ll come together to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent “where humans, elves, witchers, gnomes, and monsters battle to survive and thrive, and where good and evil is not easily identified,” according to Netflix.

The streamer also revealed the series logo, teaser art and tagline for series based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s best-selling novels. The story has also translated into a trilogy of action role-playing games, developed by CD Projekt Red and published by Atari.
