Netflix’s teaser for the sixth and final season of House of Cards takes place at the gravesite of Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey), revealing the fate of the show’s disgraced actor.

The spot features his wife and new president Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) speaking to her deceased husband as she stands over his headstone.

“I’ll tell you this though, Francis. When they bury me, it won’t be in my backyard. And when they pay their respects, they’ll have to wait in line,” she says in a chilling speech that ends with her looking directly at the camera, breaking the fourth wall.

Spacey was let go from the series last year following allegations of sexual assault and harassment. Netflix halted production in early 2018, and the sixth season was shortened from 13 to eight episodes.

The final installment focuses on Claire as the most powerful person in the country—a move that was in place before the allegations against Spacey came to light. Following his departure from the show, Wright used her power off screen to fight to keep it going.

“People were [saying], ‘We have to shut everything down or otherwise it will look like we are glorifying and honoring this thing that’s dirty,’” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “I believed we should finish. I believed we should honor our commitment. To the people that loved the show, also. Why quit? ... They printed that it was ‘only’ 600 people out of work, but if you include security, cops, shooting on location in Baltimore, everything, 2,500 people would have been out of a job. And that’s not fair – to take that security away from those people — they didn’t do anything [wrong].”

Season six also stars newcomers Diane Lane, Greg Kinnear and Cody Fern, as well as returning cast members Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson, Constance Zimmer, Derek Cecil, Campbell Scott, and Boris McGiver.

House of Cards premieres November 2 on Netflix.
