Netflix released first look images of the revival of Gilmore Girls. The four, 90-minute episodes pick up nine years after the show went off-air.

The photos preview the return of Stars Hollow characters Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel), along with Sookie St. James (Melissa McCarthy), Luke Danes (Scott Patterson), Emily Gilmore (Kelly Bishop), and many more.

While images don’t reveal much in terms of plot, they show Lorelai and on-again-off-again flame Luke holding hands, along with Rory standing in front of a classroom. The images also feature staple shots from the original show, including one that shows Rory and Emily Gilmore standing together pouring drinks - implying the traditional weekly dinners at grandma’s house are still happening - along with Rory and Lorelai talking over coffee.

Amy Sherman-Palladino is the creator and executive producer. Daniel Palladino is also an executive producer. They are both writing and directing the series. Gilmore Girls on Netflix is produced by Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

The Gilmore Girls reboot will launch later this year.
