Typically, it’s four giant red Xes and you’re out, according to NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.” But now Snapple is providing a way for some acts to make it through, Xes or no.

In a new feature called “Snapple Save,” viewers have the chance to request an instant save for an act that may be close to going home. Fans type in “Snapple Save” in Google, then at the end of each episode those saves are tallied and the act with the most votes gets saved from elimination. West coast fans have the same opportunity by following the show on social media to see who may need that night’s save.

Snapple is also this season of “America’s Got Talent’s” official voting sponsor, also releasing weekly “Real Facts” about the show for fans who vote for acts online.

“We are pleased to expand our long running partnership with Snapple and further engage ‘America’s Got Talent’ viewers by incorporating this instant save feature,” said Sari Feinberg,SVP of client solutions at NBC Entertainment. “The ‘Snapple Save’ offers a unique opportunity for our brand partners to reach our enthusiastic audiences, in real-time, during the program’s run.”

The deal begins with the July 30 episode of “America’s Got Talent.”
