MTV’s annual paean to the movies led the Nielsen Twitter TV ratings in the week ending April 10.

That was followed by Fox’s finale for the 15-year run of American Idol, which ended with the crowing of last Idol Trent Harmon.

It was the first time in weeks that no political event landed on the list.

On the sports side, Villanova’s last-second victory of North Carolina in the NCAA basketball championship led the ratings.

That was followed by the final round of the Masters in Augusta, Ga., on Sunday, during which four-day leader Jordan Spieth collapsed on the devilish 12th hole with a quadruple bogey to cede the tournament to England’s Danny Willett.
