MTV recreates itself for each generation, and these colorful idents were designed to reflect the young, exciting lives of Millennials in 2012.

MTV World Design Studio Milan used a mixture of live action and traditional animation for this “Infectious” look. It’s driven by music and dancers who find themselves unable to stand still, as if compelled by an unknown force, the agency said when submitting the spot to the 2013 PromaxBDA Latin America Awards.

The spot won a gold for on-air identity in the competition.
