MotorTrend created some custom campaigns to accompany two of its series that showcase custom cars: Carolina Customs and Shorty’s Dream Shop.

The above launch spot for new series Carolina Customs gives viewers a tour of Tommy Pike Customs in Greenville, S.C. Tommy’s been building cars since he was 13 and has worked for the past two decades to build up his shop.

MotorTrend’s brand studio team developed a design palette that used modern branding elements to infuse the look of Tommy’s garage into the new show. MotorTrend collaborated with AlterEgo to create the spot, highlighting some of Tommy’s top builds.
