Nearly two years after its debut, Netflix has unveiled the trailer for season two of its hit serial killer drama, Mindhunter.

On August 16, Ed Kemper (Cameron Britton) is back to help Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) and Bill Tench (Holt McCallany) “probe further into the psyches of those who have done the unthinkable,” Netflix says. Season two will focus on the Atlanta Child Murders from the ’70s and ’80s, and will also feature Charles Manson (Damon Herriman, who also appears as the famous cult leader in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood), Son of Sam and the BTK Strangler.

Mindhunter is directed and executive produced by David Fincher (Seven, Zodiac). Andrew Dominik (The Assassination of Jesse James) and Carl Franklin (Devil in a Blue Dress) also direct this season.

All nine episodes hit Netflix on Aug. 16
