NBC is enlisting Casey Wilson and Ken Marino of the new comedy Marry Me to host The NBC Primetime Preview Show, the network’s annual broadcast special dedicated to the upcoming season.
The half-hour special will air through October 19 on NBC’s owned and affiliated stations, as well as on several NBCUniversal cable properties. The preview will also get a multi-platform push on nbc.com, NBC2Go, on-demand, and broadband.
Wilson and Marino will introduce viewers to Bad Judge (premiere Oct. 2), A to Z (Oct. 2) and Marry Me (premiere Oct. 14). The network’s new dramas to be featured include The Mysteries of Laura (Sept. 17), Constantine (Oct. 24) and State of Affairs (Nov. 17).
The special will also highlight returning series, such as The Biggest Loser (Sept. 11), The Blacklist (Sept. 22), The Voice (Sept. 22), Chicago Fire (Sept. 23), Chicago P.D. (Sept 24) and Parenthood (Sept. 25).
Last year’s Primetime Preview was hosted by Sean Hayes, who was promoting his freshman sitcom Sean Saves the World.
