Hulu has set a premiere date for season two of Light as a Feather, AwesomenessTV’s supernatural series based on Zoe Aarsen’s book of the same name.

Season two will follow McKenna (Liana Liberato) as she continues to deal with the aftermath of the fateful game. As the curse begins to destroy her from the inside out, she’s forced to seek help from the only person who can help her—Violet.

The date announcement was made with an ominous 20-second teaser showing McKenna putting her inherited curse into action. This season will air with 16 episodes—in comparison to last season’s 10—and will be split into two parts with eight episodes each.

Light as a Feather is produced by AwesomenessTV, Wattpad, Grammnet, and Kailey Marsh for Hulu. It stars Liberato, Haley Ramm (Mistresses), and Brianne Tju (47 Meters Down). Creator R. Lee Fleming will return as showrunner, writer, and executive producer.

Part one premieres July 26 on Hulu, followed by the second part on Oct. 4.
