Lifetime’s four-hour event series The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe offers a different look at the infamous star - even its promo features every facet of her life - public, private, long-kept secrets.
The miniseries, airing May 30-31, stars Kelli Garner as Marilyn Monroe and Susan Sarandon as her mother. Lifetime’s new spot, created in part by LUSSIER, helps to fit the facts that the public has long known about Marilyn with the questions, speculation and troubles with stardom. The series is based on J. Randy Taraborrelli’s New York Times bestseller The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe.
The 60-second spot is appropriately paired with Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful:”
