In advance of his new show on the NFL Network, The Kyle Brandt Football Experience, Brandt and the network turned to Los Angeles-based creative agency Laundry to create something that nodded to the open from The George Michael Sports Machine. That show, hosted by WRC Washington, D.C.-sportscaster George Michael, aired on the NBC-owned station and in syndication from 1984 to 2007.
Laundry crafted a modern take on the show that lands somewhere between Miami Vice and Tron —with a little art deco thrown in—for an electrifying yet retro show package.
The Kyle Brandt Football Experience premiered Friday, September 14, at 6 p.m. ET on the NFL Network.
