Former Bunim-Murray CEO Joey Carson has been named president and CEO of Los Angeles-based digital marketing agency Elevator Studio. Carson will oversee all day-to-day operations of the company, reporting to co-founders Dan Fleyshman and Branden Hampton.

“Our business has grown exponentially during the past year and I greatly look forward to working with Joey to harness our entrepreneurial vision and bring Elevator Studio to the next level as a major force in digital advertising, content creation and influencer marketing,” said Hampton in a statement.

While at Bunim-Murray, Carson oversaw production and development of such shows as The Real World, The Simple Life, Starting Over and The Bad Girls’ Club. Prior to that, Carson led production at Twentieth Television, which produced such series as Cops, Divorce Court and America’s Most Wanted.

Elevator Studio works with brands such as Postmates, Lyft, Fit Tea, Fashion Nova and 1st Phorm.
