Can you summarize your session in 5 words? Looking at the future viewer.
What other speaker are you most interested in seeing at PromaxBDA: The Conference this year? I’m looking forward to seeing Kendrick Reid speak at “Pitch Therapy: A Two-Way Conversation About the Challenges of Engagement” and to hear his take on true engagement.
How do you watch television content? I mostly watch TV on my laptop and iPad.
What is your greatest career achievement so far? Predicting trends such as the Real Time Reflex, Isolation Nations, and helping to redefine the industry understanding of Millennials as empowered rather than entitled.
What do you think is the most important trait of a leader? To lead by example.
What one piece of advice would you give to an up-and-comer in this industry? To always look at the bigger picture and not see people as just a viewer, but as a complete person. It’s important to take into account what moves and entertains them in all aspects of their life.
How did you get your start in this industry? I started off as a journalist covering music, fashion, and influencer culture. CAA’s Intelligence Group found my writing, and I was hired as a full-time trend forecaster and strategist.
