Could you summarize your session in 5 words? Rebranding a TV network in an emerging TV market!

What other speaker are you most interested in seeing at PromaxBDA: The Conference this year? Larry Flynt.

How do you watch television content? I’m always watching something on my Apple TV, or iPad, in which case Hulu.

What do you think is the most important trait of a leader? They must have personality.

What is your greatest career achievement so far? The Mongol TV Project. It was a huge challenge having to rebrand, re-launch, re-program and build two new state of the art studios in an emerging television market at the other end of the world.

What one piece of advice would you give to an up-and-comer in this industry? Make sure you understand the mission and stay focused on your vision.

How did you get your start in this industry? I started at the bottom at a local TV station, worked my way up to VP of programing within 10 years.
