What is your greatest creative achievement so far? Greatest personal creative achievement: Raising two semi-well-adjusted children in NYC. Greatest career creative achievement: Evolving the Showtime brand and translating it to new platforms; synthesizing that learning to influence the traditional network and inform the rest of the company.

How do you stay inspired? Walking around NYC.
