Could you summarize your session in 5 words? Limited resources are inspiring.

What other speaker are you most interested in seeing at PromaxBDA: The Conference this year? Lee Hunt’s “Best New Practices 2013” and “The Real Mad Men: Renegades of the Golden Age of Advertising.”

How do you watch television content? It really depends on the content. For instance, there’s no better way to watch sports than on the living room TV. It’s social viewing at its best. You can’t get the same effect if everyone is crowded around an iPad.

What do you think is the most important trait of a leader? Professional will and personal humility.

What is your greatest career achievement so far? Being lucky enough to work with amazing people every day.

What one piece of advice would you give to an up-and-comer in this industry? Ask for feedback. It’s one of the most useful resources you have.

How did you get your start in this industry? As an intern with VH1 Digital.
