Fall TV has mostly settled in with almost all of the new shows having made their debuts. NBC’s Blindspot and ABC’s Quantico are the first to get full-season pick-ups, while Fox’s Minority Report looks like it may be the first show thrown on the cancellation heap.

Networks continue to rebrand at a furious pace. This week we featured two.

Brand/Rebrand: Sprout

NBCU’s network refreshed its look to keep up with the imaginative preschoolers it targets.

Brand Refresh: Space

Agency Tendril helped Canadian network Space brighten up its on-air look to appeal to its expanding audience.

PromaxBDA announced the winners of this year’s Latin America Awards, all of which you can see here.

TruthCo’s Linda Ong asked “What’s so funny about late-night? and then once again delivered her always fascinating cultural analysis of what’s currently TV’s buzziest time period.

PromaxBDA lost a friend and co-founder when Tom Dawson, co-founder of the Broadcast Promotion Association, the pre-cursor to PromaxBDA, died at 87 in Blacksburg, Va. Dawson was awarded PromaxBDA’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.
