Hulu announced Wednesday that it would extend its streaming rights for Comedy Central’s South Park for another three years. The deal is estimated to be worth $192 million, more than the $180 million—on the high end—Hulu is reported to have paid for full streaming rights to Seinfeld.

Hulu sees South Park as a crucial tentpole in its battle to become competitive with Netflix and Amazon.
