“My life wasn’t always like this,” says Machine Gun Kelly at the top of the above trailer. “I just don’t think anyone saw me coming.”
For all but rocker and rapper Machine Gun Kelly’s fans, he’s mostly the current hot-and-heavy boyfriend of film siren Megan Fox, who makes two brief appearances in the trailer. But in the above spot, Hulu gives the Cleveland native some depth, talking about his difficult relationship with his father, who died in 2020, and his loving relationship with his daughter from a previous relationship.
The documentary, a premiere date for which has not yet been set, is directed and produced by Sam Cahill and executive produced by Colson Baker, Stephen Astephen, Andre Cisco, Ashleigh Veverka, John Janick and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
