On Friday, June 26, the Supreme Court ruled with a 5-4 decision that same-sex marriage is now legal in all 50 states.
The decision comes after years of debate in and out of the courts, and the historic moment was not lost on the several gay and lesbian couples TV fans have come to love as well, so television brands took to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to celebrate #lovewins with the rest of the country.
Characters, networks, shows and actors came together over the weekend to celebrate, with rainbow overlays on social accounts and unique posts according to each brand for their several thousands of followers.
