Disney Channel Russia presents new packaging and IDs produced as part of the channel’s refresh. The channel’s packaging was created to better reflect the “magical” positioning of Disney Channel Russia, while making it more closely reflect Russian viewers’ lives. In August, Disney Channel Russia changed its logo and on-air packaging, including break bumpers.
Following a successful launch of the new identity of Disney Channels in Germany, the U.S. and other territories, Disney Channel Russia produced its new indents and premiered them on September 29. This project represents an international collaboration and makes a statement on what makes the Disney brand so unique, so global and so local at the same time. All 34 brand statements were developed and produced locally by the in-house team together with a freelance team of great TV branding specialists.
Disney has always embraced the optimism and self-expression of kids, along with the celebration of friends and family. The new packaging actively reflects the world of Russian kids in a way that is authentic and truly unique. New IDs are basically sketches of the everyday life of the channel’s viewers. The channel itself immerses viewers into the magic that is always around them - on the street, at home, at school.
