To tout its growing slate of original programming, CNN built an oasis of screens in the middle of California’s lonely, arid salt flats in Death Valley’s Badwater Basin.
The spot—which features such series as Believer with Reza Aslan, Declassified: Untold Stories of America’s Spies, the just renewed United Shades of America with W. Kamau Bell, The Nineties, This is Life with Lisa Ling and more—is narrated by world traveler Anthony Bourdain, whose Parts Unknown is preparing to debut season nine.
