The song “Pride (In the Name of Love)” by U2 is fitting for Amazon Prime Video’s trailer for season three of Man In The High Castle, which focuses on the rise of hope and resistance around the tagline “Fight For The World You Want.”

The promo marks the first time U2 has allowed the song to be covered and used commercially, with Bono approving the cut.

The Man In The High Castle, based the novel of the same name by Philip K. Dick, imagines what the world would look like if the Allied Powers had lost World War II, and Japan and Germany ruled the United States. Amidst the oppression, a new hope emerges when Juliana Crain (Alexa Davalos, Mob City) finds a film that seems to show a different world, and believes that is the key to freedom.

In season three, Juliana grapples with her destiny after seeking safety in the Neutral Zone. Realizing that their fates are intertwined, she works with Trade Minister Tagomi (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) to interpret the mystery of the last remaining films.

Meanwhile, as tensions between the Reich and the Empire continue to rise, Joe Blake (Luke Kleintank, Pretty Little Liars) returns from Berlin and is sent on a diplomatic mission to San Francisco, where he and Juliana reunite and come to a turning point in their relationship.

Obergruppenfuhrer John Smith (Rufus Sewell, John Adams) finds himself celebrated by Nazi high society, but political forces are closing in as North American Reischsmarschall Lincoln Rockwell and FBI Chief J. Edgar Hoover plot against him.

Smith’s wife, Helen (Chelah Horsdal), takes drastic action to protect her family while they struggle with the aftermath of their eldest son Thomas’ death, while Smith learns of a shocking and ambitious new Nazi program that has personal and global ramifications.

The Man In The High Castle is executive produced by Ridley Scott (Blade Runner), and Frank Spotnitz (The X-Files).

It premieres October 5 on Amazon Prime Video.
