History and Ram Trucks have continued a branded content partnership with the campaign “Stories of Horsepower” showcasing stories about equestrian racing.
Sponsored by Ram Trucks, the campaign leverages the buzz around horse racing through a short-form series that delves into the side of the race not normally seen on television—from a family who has been shoeing horses for generations, to the veterinarians, trainers and the men and women who work hard to make sure the track is ready.
The campaign, which launched in April and will continue through the end of June, includes 30 and 90-second spots to run on-air on History, as well as across History’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube pages, and all Ram Truck’ digital platforms.
The custom content was created in partnership with Ram Truck’s agencies The Richards Group and UM, and A+E Networks digital storytelling hub and social media agency 45th and Dean.
The initiative follows a branded vignette where Forged in Fire host Will Willis takes a ride in the Ram 1500, detailing what it takes to forge the best blades in the business as the narrative integrates Ram branding and messaging about the new vehicle.
