In what’s likely to be a preview of this Sunday’s 68th annual primetime Emmy awards, HBO’s Game of Thrones won nine Emmys at the Creative Arts Emmys over the weekend.

HBO’s epic drama, which looks to repeat last year’s win as outstanding drama, took home Emmys in such categories as casting, makeup, costuming, production design, stunt coordination, visual effects and so forth.

Overall, HBO won 11 Emmys over the weekend — including wins for outstanding comedy nominee Veep and Girls — while FX came close with 10. Four of those were for the network’s limited series, American Crime Story: the People vs. O.J. Simpson. HBO was nominated 94 total times this year, while FX was the second-most nominated network with 56.

For the first time, the Creative Arts Emmys were held over two days, with scripted taking its turn on Saturday and unscripted, reality, variety, animated and nonfiction programs getting honored on Sunday. The awards were held at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.

Guest actors in a drama and a comedy are handed out during the Creative Arts Emmys, with Amy Poehler finally winning her first Emmy after being nominated 17 times. Poehler and Tina Fey won for hosting Saturday Night Live, the first time two people were nominated and won together. The guest actress Emmy in a drama was given to Margo Martindale, her second straight win for her role on FX’s The Americans, which is nominated outstanding drama for the first time.

On the men’s side, Hank Azaria scored a win for his appearance on Showtime’s drama Ray Donovan, while Peter Scolari won for his role as Hannah’s newly out father on Girls. Scolari replaced Veep’s Peter MacNichol, who the Academy ruled out as a guest nomination after it determined that he appeared on the show too many times.

Netflix’s Making a Murderer and Fox’s Grease Live dominated on Sunday night when unscripted stepped up to take its turn. Both won four awards, with Making a Murderer named outstanding documentary/nonfiction series and Grease Live named outstanding special class program.

RuPaul Charles was named best reality host, beating last year’s winner, Hollywood Game Night’s Jane Lynch as well as Ryan Seacrest, who had his last opportunity at the trophy after hosting American Idol for the past 15 years.

Here’s the complete list of winners from Saturday night and Sunday night.
