The latest in HBO’s sports mockumentaries—produced by Andy Samberg and Murray Miller under their Legends of Sport banner—takes on the 1982 Tour de France, in which everyone was apparently juicing.
“How do you beat a man on drugs if you are not on drugs?” asks one rider.
Tour de Pharmacy stars practically everyone you’ve ever heard of—including Samberg, Freddie Highmore, Orlando Bloom, Mike Tyson, Dolph Lundgren—and one “anonymous” informant.
Last summer, HBO aired Samberg and Miller’s 7 Days in Hell, which starred Samberg and Game of Thrones’ Kit Harrington as two tennis players who played the longest—and “arguably the greatest”—tennis match ever recorded.
Tour de Pharmacy airs July 8 on HBO.
