Google Assistant users can now set an alarm in the voice of Nickelodeon’s Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello and April O’Neil.

The integration between the two companies is part of an update from the voice activated device meant to bring a little more fun to tasks such as making the bed, or getting started with homework, especially as routines become more challenging during the busy holiday season, according to Google.

“Nickelodeon wants to make the world a more playful place for kids and parents. We know that parents strive to create a healthy daily routine for their kids. Through this partnership with Google, Nickelodeon can support kids and parents in building these routines while adding a huge splash of fun too,” said Tim Adams, VP of emerging products, Nickelodeon.

Setting it up is as simple as saying, ‘Hey Google, set a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle alarm for 8:00 p.m.’

“The character alarms for Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will delight both kids and parents since it’s an iconic property with cross generational appeal,” added Adams.

The alarms will also play signature music and share jokes facts, words of encourage and other messages from characters in Lego City, Lego Life and Lego Friends with plans to add characters from Spin Master’s Hatchimals later this year.
