Less than a week after Fuller House premiered on February 26, Netflix has ordered a second season of the series.

The 13-episode reboot of Full House aired February 26.

The first season focuses primarily on veterinarian D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure), who recently lost her firefighter husband and must raise her three boys herself. Until, that is, younger sister and aspiring musican Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend and single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) and Kimmy’s teenage daughter Ramona (Soni Nicole Bringas), all move in to help.

Neflix is focusing on family-friendly programming as part of a marketing strategy to fill what it says is an audience that “has been forgotten and abandoned by traditional television networks.”
