NBCUniversal continues to consolidate its cable groups, this time with some executive changes at the top. NBC announced two more moves after E! chief Suzanne Kolb stepped down Tuesday, with Frances Berwick and Adam Stotsky adding cable channels to their portfolios.

In the management shakeup, Berwick, currently president of Bravo and Oxygen Media, will head up the new Lifestyle Network Group, consisting of Esquire and E! Entertainment as well.

“In a crowded, constantly evolving media landscape, it’s more important than ever to have a business structure that not only delivers results today, but also sets a course with the right leadership for future success,” said NBCU Cable Chairman Bonnie Hammer. “Frances is that rare individual whose creative instincts are as finely tuned as her business savvy.”

In Berwick’s new role, she will oversee original programming on all four cable channels and work on expanding the brands’ multiplatform offerings. Berwick was named president of Bravo and Oxygen in 2013 and has been with Bravo since 1996. Her most recent project on the network was launching Bravo’s first original scripted series, Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce, set to debut this December.

Stotsky, the president of Esquire Network, will add on the role of GM of E! Entertainment, reporting to Berwick.

Over at E!, Suzanne Kolb announced she would leave her post as president of the network Tuesday as part of the management changes.
