Fans looking forward to Fox’s new animated series, Krapopolis, will literally be able to slide into an interactive experience at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend at an outdoor activation set up at the Children’s Museum Park in front of the convention center.

Attendees will climb up 40 feet to travel down a 70-foot slide into the center of the experience. While there, they can take a photo with characters from the new comedy from Dan Harmon (Community, Rick & Morty) as well as enter a sweepstakes to win a trip for two to Greece.

Characters from the series – including Stupendous, Tyrannis, Deliria, Shlub and Hippocampus – will have giant posters of them hanging from the Omni Hotel in downtown San Diego starting July 19.

Fox is also staging a panel for the series, which will feature Harmon, executive producer and showrunner Jordan Young, supervising director Pete Michels and stars Matt Berry (Shlub), Pam Murphy (Stupendous), Hannah Waddingham (Deliria), Richard Ayoade (Tyrannis) and Duncan Trussell (Hippocampus). Set in ancient Greece, Krapopolis centers on a flawed family of humans, gods and monsters that is trying to run one of the world’s first cities without murdering each other. The panel will take place on Saturday, July 23 at 2:45 pm in room 6BCF of the San Diego Convention Center.

After the panel, the cast will head to the convention floor where Fox Entertainment is mounting its first-ever Comic-Con booth. There, they will meet fans and hand out autographed posters. (Tickets for the signing will be distributed Saturday morning on a first-come, first-served basis.) At the booth, Fox also will sell exclusive Krapopolis merchandise in partnership with Toddland and offer another photo opportunity with characters from the series.

Fox will host panels for the rest of its animated comedies throughout the weekend. Bob’s Burgers will take place Friday, July 22 at 3 p.m. in San Diego Bayfront Hilton’s Indigo Ballroom; The Great North will happen on Friday, July 22 at 7 p.m. in room 6BCF at the convention center; The Simpsons will be on Saturday, July 23 at 11:30 am in Ballroom 20; and Family Guy will be held Saturday, July 23 at 1:15 p.m. in Ballroom 20.

Krapopolis is set to premiere on Fox next year.
