Newly launched creative services agency Flex Creative has hired Marty Wall as director, business development.
A seasoned sales and marketing executive, Wall has extensive expertise in new business development, account supervision, creative management and agency growth building, and said he’s excited to join the new company, created by former Fox and Disney marketing executive Peter Martin, that accommodate tighter budgets and quicker turnarounds to address the rapidly changing media environment.

“At the end of the day, Flex provides two things — creative and services,” Wall said in a statement. “Being super focused on the ever changing challenges of our clients is critical to our success and theirs. I am delighted to have joined Flex right at its inception — it’s an exciting time in the industry — one which Flex is well positioned to embrace.”
Wall, who joins Flex from Troika, has developed and managed multi-million dollar accounts, such as the ABC Network, BSkyB, CBS Television, Fandango and ProSieben. He has also developed and produced work for The Grammys, The Primetime Emmy Awards, CNN, Tribune Media Group, VH1, and the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Martin said Wall stands out with his extensive business development skills, combined with proven marketing and promotion management practices.
“He is a senior manager that is extremely adaptable, resourceful and diplomatic, and is skilled at collaborating with clients and organizations both large and small,” Martin said in a statement. “And because of his background as a creative director, he understands the process and challenges facing the collaboration between clients and the agency. He is an ideal complement to our new team.”
