FX unleashed an extended first look at Ewan McGregor in both of his two roles on the upcoming third installment of Fargo.

McGregor makes his TV debut playing twin brothers: Emmit Stussy, the self-dubbed “Parking Lot King of Minnesota,” and Ray, the younger twin brother who works as a parole officer with a chip on his shoulder. Their sibling rivalry, which has gone on since they were young boys, leads to a killing.

We also witness Ray and his new girlfriend, parolee Nikki Swango (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), who are working together but run up against the local police chief, Gloria Burgle (Carrie Coon). Soon, everyone’s involved in fierce bridge playing and a murder.

Showrunner Noah Hawley created, wrote and directed season three, as well as executive produced along with Joel and Ethan Coen, Warren Littlefield and John Cameron. Fargo is produced by MGM Television and FX Productions.

The third season of Fargo debuts April 19 on FX.
