Esquire Network President Adam Stotsky will take on a new role as president of E! Entertainment, where he will manage all unscripted programming and development at the pop culture network.

A former GM of Esquire, Stotsky was promoted to president of that network in 2013, and will continue overseeing all day-to-day operations there including news, digital, marketing, communications research and acquisitions. Stotsky reports to Frances Berwick, president of Lifestyle Networks at NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment.

“Adam is an exceptional senior executive who has been successful in leading the teams at E! and Esquire Network and setting their strategic direction for future growth,” Berwick said in a statement. “I am excited to announce his well-deserved promotion and expand his responsibilities at E! as we continue to build on our success as a multiplatform powerhouse offering exclusive access to celebrity lifestyles and the world of entertainment.”

Stotsky joined E! as general manager in 2014, overseeing the integration of E!’s news and digital divisions, creating more engaging social and interactive cross-platform content.

In 2016, he has continued the momentum of increased viewership at E! News, along with a growing social and digital presence at E! that averages 34 million multiplatform monthly unique visitors and more than 54 million social followers.

Stotsky was co-chairman of PromaxBDA’s board of directors from 2010-2012.
