The Australian Open kicks off its 11th day of play on Jan. 23, and in honor of the continuing athleticism and fandom around the tennis tournament, ESPN is focusing on the sights, but mostly sounds, of the event.

In “Sound of Summer,” we see beaches, beautiful vistas and sunsets. Then we hear seagulls, the wind blowing and intense yells of victory after a win on the court. The spot goes from quiet to in-your-face loud, re-creating the experience in the stands where fans suffer through the heat for their favorite tennis greats.
