ESPN’s coverage of the 2014 French Open begins May 25, and much as it did with the Australian Open this January, the sports net is shining the light on the host city for one of tennis’ biggest tournaments. For January, this meant the “sounds of summer,” but now ESPN is popping in on the city of light and love.

Grace Potter & The Nocturnals set the scene for ESPN’s spot, “It’s a Beautiful Day in Paris,” with the song “Paris (Ooh La La)” playing as scenes switch from the city’s beautiful landmarks to those of athletes playing their hearts out on the slippery clay courts of Roland Garros.
