Amazon is rebranding MGM’s international streaming service, formerly known as Epix, to MGM Plus International outside of the U.S., and has struck a content deal with Lionsgate for key European territories, Deadline reported Wednesday.

Amazon acquired MGM in March 2022 for $8.5 billion.

MGM+ International, which is available in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, will cost €3.99 ($4.37) per month, starting this weekend.

Properties that are included on the streaming service will include Starz’ Power franchise as well as Black Sails, Black Mafia Family, Mad Men and Nashville. More Lionsgate titles are expected to be announced soon.

In the U.S., Epix rebranded to MGM Plus in January. MGM Plus offers such original series as Billy the Kid and From, and such acquisitions as the BBC’s SAS: Rogue Heroes and Julian Fellowes’ Belgravia.

Similarly, Lionsgate relaunched its premium streaming service Starzplay as Lionsgate Plus in 35 territories outside the U.S. last September. In the U.S. and Canada, Starz remained as is. Lionsgate acquired Starz for $4.4 billion in 2016.
