Endemol North America on Monday upped two insiders, Cris Abrego and Charlie Corwin, to be co-chairmen and co-CEOs, replacing David Goldberg, who announced in December that he was stepping down after 13 years at the top of the company.

Both executives helmed successful production companies that were acquired by Endemol six years ago.

Abrego’s 51 Minds produced several successful “celebreality” shows, including VH1’s “The Surreal Life,” “Flavor of Love,” and “I Love Money.”

Corwin’s Original Minds produced “Miami Ink” for TLC, “Storm Chasers” for Discovery, and “The Rachel Zoe Project” for Bravo.

More recently, Abrego was behind this summer’s “Whodunnit” on ABC.
