In NBC’s latest celebrity collab ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, Netflix’s Emily in Paris star Lily Collins reprises her well-dressed character as she pitches her idea for the Games.

Emily’s idea is to dress up-and-coming track star Noah Lyles in “legendary designer Pierre Cadeau,” (*not a real designer) which includes glittery gold fabric, a very large cape and lots of bling. Without even addressing how much all of this might weigh on a short-distance sprinter, NBC’s team of sharp-eyed marketing executives ask whether this plan is “safe.”

“Um yes, it has been tested. It is … it is safe. Maye not for the other runners. But we’re just talkin’ about Noah,” Collins says.

Collins joins Peyton Manning and Megan Thee Stallion in pitching ideas for NBC’s ongoing Olympics campaign. Truthfully, Collins’ idea is the most practical so far.

The Summer Olympics in Paris air July 26 through August 11 on NBC and Peacock.
