Invisible Collective has hired Corina Conti as executive producer as well as increased its roster of Hispanic directors, the production company and creative studio said on Monday.

Argentina-born Conti has spent more than 30 years working in U.S. Hispanic media with such production companies as Propaganda, Palomar, RSA, Smuggler, Goodgate and Anonymous Content. During that time, she has collaborated with such directors as Jake Scott, Antoine Fuqua, David Fincher and Spike Jonze and worked with such global brands as Amex, ESPN, Nike, Citibank, Subway and Armani.

Conti hand-picked Invisible’s new roster of Hispanic directors. These include Argentinian director Pucho, who has worked with such brands as Coca-Cola, Mastercard, YPF and Santander; Agustina Tafet, who has worked with Adidas, Caro Cuore, Nike and Falabella; Esteban Sapir, founder of production company Ladoble; and Manuel Nogueira, photographer, creative director and founder of Brazil-based creative studio and production company Magma.

“Invisible is doing something that no company has ever done before. My goal is to help agencies understand what we have to offer and for all our directors to work steadily worldwide,” said Conti, in a statement. “The diversity of our creatives and the versatility and skill we bring to the industry make Invisible Collective groundbreaking and impactful. The recently signed filmmakers are just another shining example of those qualities.”

“Corina has a keen eye for discovering new talent, especially directors who are below the radar and haven’t hit yet. She’s so incredibly well-connected and loved,” said Invisible Collective Managing Director Tracie Norfleet, with whom Conti worked while at RSA.

Also coming on board to assist Conti is Isabel Echeverry, founder of sales representation firm Kontakto Reps.
