Conan O’Brien is heading to Haiti for a Conan Without Borders special, coming out next week, following reports that President Donald Trump referred to the country as a “shithole.”

Trump’s alleged comments, said during a meeting in the Oval Office with lawmakers to discuss immigration policy, also referred to El Salvador, and many African nations.

“Still reeling from @realDonaldTrump’s very negative Yelp review of Haiti, which means I’ll love it,” he tweeted on January 14. “Headed to Haiti later this week to explore and make some new friends. Stay tuned for my report.”

Three days later, O’Brien booked a plane from Los Angeles to Port-au-Prince to film his newest special, airing January 27 at 10 p.m. on TBS.

The trip marks O’Brien’s eighth international show in three years for Conan Without Borders. He most recently traveled to Israel, and has shot an episode in Mexico City with an all-Mexican staff, crew and audience. He’s also done shows in Cuba, Armenia and South Korea and has performed for troops overseas at the International Air Force Base in Doha, Qatar.
