March-July is a busy time over at CBS this year, so the broadcaster is taking its schedule to full advantage and heading to SXSW to get the word out about upcoming programming.

First, the second season of summer hit “Under the Dome” will debut this June, so for the weekend of March 7-9, CBS will offer branded (and domed) pedi-cab rides around Austin. Each cab also features the Season 2 tagline, “What’s outside comes inside.”

To promote the new series “Friends with Better Lives,” the network is hosting a themed happy hour with show stars Brooklyn Decker and Zoe Lister-Jones. The “Friends with Better Wine Happy Hour” will be at the Cru Wine Bar on March 7. The show, also starring Kevin Connolly and James Van Der Beek, premieres March 31 on CBS.

For the connected SXSW attendees on the go, CBS is also offering phone chargers (for both Androids and iPhones) branded with “Extant” imagery throughout the festival. The chargers are free and will be distributed by street teams via pedi-cabs in the Austin area. The Halle Berry starrer debuts on CBS July 2.

Daytime is also getting into the mix, bringing the “Price is Right” wheel to Austin where fans can spin to win. From March 9-12, the wheel will be at the Austin Convention Center, and attendees can win prizes and on March 9, take photos with the show announcer and model.
