Part two of A+E Network’s “Bonnie & Clyde” miniseries shed about a quarter of its viewers Monday night, but still delivered a strong performance for the cabler.

7.4 millions viewers tuned in to the simulcast of Part two across three A+E Networks channels Monday night, with 3.1 million adults in the 25-54 demographic. 9.8 million people had tuned in Sunday for part one.

Broken down by channel, History saw the most viewers for part two, with 2.8 million total viewers. Lifetime and A&E both had 2.3 million viewers each.

Monday’s numbers mean that “Bonnie & Clyde” averaged 8.6 million total viewers over two nights, with 3.6 million in the 25-54 demo.

“Bonnie & Clyde” was A+E Networks’ first-ever simulcast across three channels, a move that helped split the programming and promotion costs across the cabler’s properties.

Emile Hirsch (“Milk”) and Holliday Grainer (“Borgias”) starred as the famous bank-robbing duo, and the miniseries was produced by Sony Pictures Television from executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron.
