Season four of Netflix’s Black Mirror has been reimaged as a vintage comic book.
Brazilian illustrator Butcher Billy revealed a collection of comic book cover art inspired by each of the six latest episodes of the show for the ongoing project, “Tales of the Unexpected Black Mirrors.”

The artist, who is influenced by pop culture icons and ‘80s nostalgia, does justice to old American comics with the retro designs.
“There is a fourth season beyond that which is known to man,” he writes in an online overview of the pieces, available for purchase. “It is a season as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. You’ve just crossed over into the Tales of the Unexpected Black Mirrors.

Netflix’s ‘Black Mirror’ Wishes Everyone Happy New Year
Black Mirror is not the first Netflix series to get a vintage treatment.
In 2017, the streamer created Stranger Things posters that recreated posters of the films that inspired the series, including Alien, The Evil Dead, The Running Man, A Nightmare on Elm Street and Stand By Me.
