Mashable reports today that BBC America is set to strike a partnership with Twitter to feature series such as “Top Gear” and “Doctor Who” on the social media giant’s website via branded videos. Fittingly, BBC America tweeted the announcement: “@Twitter and @BBCAmerica, home of #DoctorWho & #TopGear, ink deal to offer 1st in-Tweet branded video synced to entertainment TV series.”
