Phyllis Schlafly (Cate Blanchett) isn’t against women or women working outside of the home—she’s against the women’s liberation movement and everyone involved in it.

That’s the center of the teaser for FX’s nine-episode limited series Mrs. America, which sees a group of second-wave feminists leading the movement to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment. Among the many obstacles standing in their way is Schlafly, a cunning conservative woman aiming to take them down.

The series, which will stream exclusively on FX on Hulu, tells the true story through those feminists—Gloria Steinem (Rose Byrne), Betty Friedan (Tracey Ullman), Shirley Chisholm (Uzo Aduba), Bella Abzug (Margo Martindale), and Jill Ruckelshaus—as well as Schlafly. The spot shows both sides of the cultural war as battle lines are drawn.

“This fight isn’t about equality. It’s about power and I’m just getting started,” Schlafly summarizes in the teaser.

Mrs. America premieres on April 15 on FX on Hulu.
