​AV Squad, the creative agency known for its broadcast work for “Game of Thrones,” “The Leftovers,” “Gotham” and “COSMOS,” is further expanding its live-action unit with two new hires.

Director/Creative Director Peter McKeon and Executive Producer Teresa Antista have joined AV Squad’s broadcast and commercial division, tasked with overseeing live-action production as well as its broadcast marketing and branding initiatives.

Antista is an industry veteran, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience working with brands such as Discovery, Showtime, Lifetime, CBS, ABC, FX Networks and National Geographic.

McKeon has directed award-winning campaigns for networks including Discovery, Showtime, A&E, Nickelodeon and HGTV. He was behind the much-lauded spot, “Snuffy the Seal,” for Discovery’s Shark Week last year as well, which won Funniest Promo at this year’s PromaxBDA Promotion, Marketing and Design Awards (below):
