In New York, protestors gathered in Union Square and then marched to Trump Tower, where they called for President-elect Donald Trump to be impeached, reported the New York Post. Protestors also gathered outside the Trump International Tower and Hotel at Columbus Circle.

In Chicago, protesters marched down North Michigan Avenue, at one point filling all six lanes, to block the entrance of Trump Tower there, reported the Chicago Tribune.

The crowd shouted chants of “No Trump, No KKK, No Fascists USA” and “Not my president!”

In California, protests erupted at UCLA and UC Irvine almost immediately after the election was called for Trump, reports KABC Los Angeles. People also protested in downtown Oakland and Los Angeles, where people set a piñata in the image of Trump and an American flag on fire.
